I guess its all about low calorie and high protein AKA COTTAGE CHEESE!!! A study done by the British Journal Of Nutrition found that eating this doesn't impact your sleep but it does impact your health! Remember when we were told not to eat before bed? FAKE NEWS! They found protein rich foods don't have those negative waistline side effects.

BUT let me also say that weight loss techniques are not a huge deal and it definitely does not define you. Had to put that in there. Don't focus on the number but focus on making choices that make you happy and healthy :)
