Kip Moore Shares Live Festival Video For 'She's Mine'

Last Friday (August 9), Kip Moore released his highly-anticipated new single, “She’s Mine.” The lead single, written by Moore himself along with Dan Couch and Scott Stepakoff, is the first song shared off his forthcoming studio album.

Today (August 16), he shared a live-action festival video for “She’s Mine” filmed and directly by FlyHi Films and P.J. Brown. The video was filmed at Gorge Amphitheater during Watershed Music Festival earlier this month. The footage shows a large and rowdy crowd singing nearly every word right along with Moore.

The “Last Shot” singer took to Instagram to announce news of the video earlier today (August 16) captioning the post, “Cheers to all that came to @watershedfestival and thanks to @flyhifilms and @lifeinrewindfilms for the video!”

"She's Mine" was written during a time of uncertainty for Moore. He opens up sharing, "I wrote this song at a time in my life when I realized that my life was flipped upside down and I didn't know which way was up. He continues, "Every experience from there forward, I felt like everything was going to be a surprise. I didn't know where I was going to end up, who I was going to meet or who I was going to be with. I'm fired up to be getting new music out there, and this song is just the beginning. I know the fans are ready and so am I.

An album release date and title has yet to be announced, although Moore has recently shared with Rolling Stone that the album will heavily reflect how he's "still as wild as a tumbleweed as I've ever been." He summarizes the album as a whole saying, "Too often we just kind of float by, and nobody is taking time to really think. And that's reflected on this record. There is a lot of weight on this project as a whole."
