Oscar Mayer stepped up to the plate to challenge French's after they announced French's Mustard Ice Cream in honor of National Mustard Day.
The brand tweeted at Frenchs saying,
"Who eats just mustard @Frenchs?" and then they continued on to announce that they created Oscar Mayer Ice Dog Sandwich. The new creation is hot dog flavored ice cream, made with their better hot dogs, sandwiched with spicy mustard.
The new 'Ice Dog Sandwich' will be coming this month to the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile touring the Manhattan, New York area during the week of August 12 to pass out samples.
While the interesting new item isn't something you can buy in stores just yet, we wouldn't pass that by either of these brands at this point.
