The American Journal of Epidemiology published a new study regarding Facebook users. The study found that the more you use Facebook, the less healthy you may be. Researchers found people who update their Facebook status more often, had poorer mental health. People who aren't in good mental health to begin with may be more likely to adopt heavy Facebook usage, and then that heavy Facebook usage may make their mental health even worse and that's not all.....The study also found people with higher body mass indexes, were found to also be more frequent Facebook users. That doesn't surprise me, if your sitting in front of computer on Facebook, probably not getting as much exercise as we could be.
