News that Halle Berry, the Oscar-winning actress keeps a checklist of things she wants to improve about her physique and she exercises five days a week. He goes on to say," "I have never met anybody that works harder and trains harder and is just so resilient."
What does her workout include? Her workouts include weight lifting, kickboxing, sprints, and a lot of push-ups.
The diet? She eats a low carb, low-sugar diet that's high in fats and protein.
I think Halle Berry makes anyone feel lazy in comparison, but think about it this way.....if our job was to look like a hot actress, it probably would be easier to stay in shape. Uh ya, I'm going with that ;)
