Pasta doesn't make us fat according to new study

What's the first thing to go when someone decides they are going on a diet? Usually when someone wants to lose weight, one of the first things to go is the pasta, but according to a new study , we don't have to say no to pasta.

The study found that consuming pasta does not make us gain weight or pack on pounds as some would say. Plus, there are a lot of advantages to eating pasta. It's low on the glycemic index and often high in fiber and whole grains. 

Researchers analyzed 32 controlled trials, None of them gained weight, and some even lost a pound after 12 weeks. 

Good news for pasta lovers, right?! I know what 's for dinner tonight, spaghetti and meatballs.
