Want to live longer? Then you might want to drink coffee if you don't already.
According to a new study published in JAMA Internal Medicine , Of the 500,000 adults in the decade-long study, those who drank coffee were 10 to 15 percent less likely to die than abstainers and it didn't matter whether it was instant, ground, or decaffeinated.
Researchers credit chemical compounds, including antioxidants, found in coffee for promoting longer lifespans. Coffee is also believed to reduce inflammation and prevent diabetes.
