COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Fresh off the 2025 Mountain West Indoor Track and Field Championships, seven Fresno State athletes were awarded All-Mountain West. The team is composed of the top three finishers in each individual event and the top three relay teams at the Mountain West Men's and Women's Indoor Track & Field Championships.
The Bulldogs' 4x400 relay, which was composed of Itzia Mejia Garcia, Ceonna Pipion, Janae Heffernan and Jewel Ash, closed out the meet with the program's first gold medal in the event since 2016. Pipion and Ash also earned a second All-MW honor with Pipion's coming in the 400 meters (52.63) and Ash's in the 60-meter hurdles (8.44).
Fresno State's lone individual gold came from Liz Tarczy. The reigning outdoor champion won the event with an indoor-best jump of 1.80m/5-10.75.
Zoe Yeast placed third in the weight throw in her first Mountain West championship. The senior transfer reached the podium with her final throw that measured 19.17m/62.10.75.
Ella Spaulding began the meet for the Bulldogs by taking third in the pentathlon. With a personal best in her final event, the sophomore jumped onto the podium with a career best 3,813 points.
