TMSG: Chick-fil-A Employee Helps Feed Disabled Customer

A Chick-fil-A employee was caught on camera doing something that’s not in her job description, but it was an act of kindness and it’s going viral for all the right reasons. Ashley Guzman was working a shift at the La Palmera Mall location in Texas when a diner spotted her going above and beyond to help a disabled customer eat his meal.

Jessica Gomez was in the food court eating when she saw the 19-year-old Chick-fil-A employee get food for Arturo Ramirez, a regular customer. Gomez says Guzman cut his food into pieces and went back several times to get him what he needed and to sit with him while he ate his meal. She even snapped a photo of the good deed and shared it to Facebook because it was so touching.

Guzman plans to keep the good deeds coming, she hopes to be a hospice caregiver one day. “It makes me feel good that I can have a connection with somebody and make their day a little bit better, or give them some positivity,” she says, “because you don’t know what people are going through.”
