New Movies Opening This Weekend

The final installment in the Fifty Shades trilogy, Fifty Shades Freed finds newlyweds Christian and Ana Grey fully embracing their intimate connection and shared life of luxury. But just as Ana steps into her role as the Mrs. Grey and relaxes into an unfamiliar stability, new threats jeopardize her happy ending. 

In Peter Rabbit, the titular mischievous character’s feud with Mr. McGregor (Domhnall Gleeson) escalates to greater heights than ever before as they rival for the affections of the warm-hearted animal lover who lives next door, played by Rose Byrne. 

The 15:17 to Paris follows the course of the friends' lives--from the struggles of childhood through finding their footing in life, to the series of unlikely events leading up to a thwarted terrorist attack on Thalys train #9364 bound for Paris. Golden Exits stars Emily Browning as an Australian woman who upsets the precarious balance that holds two families together in Brooklyn, New York. The film also stars Beastie Boy Adam “Ad-Rock” Horovitz, Chloe Sevigny, Lily Rabe, Mary-Louise Parker, Jason Schwartzman, and Analeigh Tipton.

Permission stars Rebecca Hall and Dan Stevens as Anna and Will, who are 10 years into their relationship when their best friend drunkenly suggests that they sleep around before their inevitable marriage. Together, they decide to venture out of the purely monogamous boundaries of their relationship and, along the way, evolve. The film also stars Jason Sudeikis and Gina Gershon.
